This time of the year we all start to think about the new year and maybe setting some goals or New Years resolutions. I know myself I always tend to set some sort of health or fitness goal in January. For me, I am much more likely to do exercise and workout if I feel happy about my workout clothes. It can be really motivational. So I have selected a gorgeous zip up sports top by Ted Baker, £99. a real investment at that price but think about cost per wear as you get yourself active. Ted Baker are known for their beautiful prints and blooms and they have developed an activewear collection that is amazing and so beautiful. This sports top even has in built thumbs holes!

Right, once you have done your super stylish workout as per above, there is nothing better than a hot shower and relaxing. Rather than choose specific Christmas pyjamas, I have opted for loungewear that will serve you well into next year. Fat Face offer a Weston soft lounge hoody, £35 and Weston soft lounge pants, £32. Both in grey marl and this super soft fabric has to be touched to be believed. There is a strong chance you may not get dressed in anything else this Christmas season!
