What to wear at Wimbledon - Style dilemma

Summer has arrived when we are watching Wimbeldon on the television. I love spotting the famous faces in the crowd and of course admiiring the fashion. But what if you have managed to ge tickets. With the unpredictable British weather and the risk of an accident in the Pimms tent, the dilemma of what to wear at Wimbeldon is a long standing one. It appears that the dress code has relaxed for spectators in recent years. Although torn jeans and dirty trainers may well be frowned upon. Let us assume smart dress code and that we wouldn't be expected to be in the Royal box. A classic white outfit is a must, Sophie Atherton nails it in the photo. But do consider the effect of one too many Pimms or an escaped strawberry. Also consider if you have enough tan to not blend into your dress and dont wear white and fake tan! But if white is not your colour consider a pretty day dress in midi length.

Consider your shoe choice. A block heel sandal or shoe is a practical option for getting up and down the grandstand an on trend this season. Add a pop of colour with your bag. Channel your inner Duchess of Cambrigde with a Chanel esk blazer or jacket  or opt for a classic trench which would make the perfect cover up if the weather turns. Dont forget a hat for the sun and obviously sunglasses whatever the weather. Anyone for tennis?
